Terms and conditions for any competition/prize draw held through Claudia de Yong Designs

- No purchase necessary
- No cash alternative is available and all prizes are non-transferable and nonrefundable
- Prizes are not for resale and cannot be used for commercial use or use in further promotions
- The closing date is as per the date listed on the competition page
- Employees of any company associated with a specific product and their families, are not eligible to enter
- The prize winners will be selected at random by Claudia de Yong Designs and the decision is final
- Entrants will be deemed to accept these rules and to agree to be bound by them
- This agreement is governed by laws of England and Wales
- Claudia de Yong Designs will not pass your personal details to any other organisation
- In the event that the winner refuses a prize or cannot accept a prize, or if Claudia de Yong Designs cannot make contact with a winner within 7 days of the closing date, Claudia de Yong Designs reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award to an alternative winner
